Let them walk.

In your life, you meet people. Some you never think about again. Some you wonder what happened to them. There are some that you wonder if they think about you. And then there are some you wish you never had to think about again. But you do.

When you make friends && especially when you begin to get close to people you don't forsee them walking out of your life. When you call someone your friend or your boy/girlfriend, no matter how much you recognize it you never expect them to one day no longer be apart of your life but think back about your life. How many people have made an appearance in your life that you never speak to anymore. Sometimes it's a person you meet you briefly but you recognize it more vividly when it's someone close....

A sad thing in life is that sometimes you meet someone who means alot to you only to find out it was never meant to be and you just have to let go.

The truth is that not everyone is meant to be a forever part of your life. Some people are only guest stars in your life. Treasure those that aren't. There will be times in you life when people walk out of your life... It is going to suck. Sometimes it's your fault and they have no choice but to walk away, sometimes it's not... The point is, you have to let them walk...

People come, people go... They'll drift in and out of your life almost like characters in a favorite book. When you finally close the cover, the characters have told their story and you start up again with another book, complete with new characters and adventures. Then you find yourself focusing on the new ones, not the ones from the past.

It hurts, I know, but if someone no matter how close walks out of your life you simply have to let go... If they are leaving && it's not your fault then you don't need them in you life, they will only cause more damage to you in the end. If they are leaving and it is your fault you have to let them go for their sake. Learn from your mistakes. Change && grow up. Maybe they'll come back one day and you'll be able to say they helped you in the end....

People come into your life && people go. You just have to trust that life has the road mapped out for you...
