I think you put too much on yourself. Everyone makes mistakes. Things happen- Life happens! You're going to treat someone wrong, you're going to make a mistake, you're going to do a lot of things that you wish you could go back and change. Everyone does-- I definitely do. But you can't, and that really sucks sometimes... But you can't dwell on it. When you dwell on it, you're accepting whatever you did wrong...The only thing you can really do is make sure you do what you have to do to let them know you're still there. There's not a single person in this world that hasn't been treated someone badly or done something they regretted. It's just part of life. And if people are real friends, they know that you'll make mistakes and they accept that BEFORE you make them...

You should fee good about who you are. You're not like most girls. How man girls are blacks belts? That's pretty impressive to me..
